Even IF* you make it to the ER and say they do a drug test it will not show up due to being fully synthetic. So no Narcan is administered, reminds me of that old poison trick but they have easy access to this drug.

Just curious, why is up to me/us? I don't sell fentanyl or ammo. So I guess you mean don't get shot, but I have been trying to do that for over 60 years. Am I missing something? If so, let me know.
I usually find it more important to not get shot than to shoot.
