Re: ND at the gun club today during monthly pistol match

Once at a training class a lady was holstering her pistol and it discharged. It's been 20 years or so. I don't remember if she had her finger on the trigger or not. It scraped her outer thigh about 2-3 inches, literally a scrape not a penetration. It bled some but not significantly. She was VERY for...

Re: Some people have no decency

I don't vote on feelings. I vote on who is better for the country and has an actual chance of winning. Otherwise the one who is worse for the country wins. That isn't feelings. That's facts. And the fact is we can't afford the one who is worse for the country. We've got to do whatever it takes to in...

Re: Some people have no decency

There are choices besides Trump and Biden. If you care only about feelings after the vote then yes, there are other choices. If you care about the actual outcome of the election you have 5 options. 1. Vote FOR the good of the nation, to support the second amendment, against converting to Venezuelai...

Re: Some people have no decency

Trump may be harsh and abrasive and unlikable but I don't really care. What he isn't is someone interested in destroying the nation from within. Only a fool, or someone anti-American, will refuse to support Trump in the election. Only a fool. Is Trump's re-election postponing the inevitable? Most li...

Re: Why Do You Need To Wear A Gun In My Store?

I'm a smart aleck. Part of my reply is I understand 30.07 but why would they alienate around 1.5 million potential customers with a 30.06 sign? Do they also ban any customers wearing red underwear and how do they know who that is? Some get it. Some don't. None of them get my money.

Re: Protestors Blocking Traffic With Guns Drawn - Indianapolis

I've reached the stage in life where appeals will take up my remaining lifetime. Not a good idea for terrorists to test things since it doesn't matter anymore.

Well, I guess I don't need to learn about hockey now. More time for reading.

Re: I might have to become a hockey fan

I was saying the same thing yesterday. A few friends and I went to the Aeros a few times when you could get in for I think $5 or maybe $7. It was reasonable enough to go. I'm always chasing the puck but eventually I see it again and start the chase anew. :)

Re: RBG

I just pray Trump gets to replace her so there is at least some hope of sensible rulings by the SCOTUS for at least a few years. With any luck he can also replace Breyer. If someone as good as Thomas could be found much younger to ensure a strong conservative for many years perhaps he could step dow...

Re: HD for the elderly- need some suggestions

A shotgun with those new 1.75" shells would give a lot of capacity and lighter recoil. A semi-auto would eliminate the need to work out pumping too.

Just for clarification, Whataburger was sold last year to a Chicago conglomerate. They are not Texan anymore.

Congratulations. Those are beautiful rifles. Too much of a pounding for my shoulder but eventually I may get one just to look at and enjoy having.
