Has been on the local radio a lot, doesn't sound like charges are even being considered, as they shouldn't be. Confronted with a gun I would be in fear for my life, if it might be a toy later wouldn't even cross my mind.

Sad that the clerk has to live with it forever but at least they protected themselves.
