Re: CA: Fed court strikes down 10 round mag limit

Heck, 78% of people in TX approve of a Red Flag law for TX. May need to look up North somewhere.

Re: Gun control hearing in the Senate

I will withhold judgement at this time. Most of the Red Flag laws I have seen proposed do not. in my opinion. provide enough safeguards for the accused. too much area for vindictive ex-spouses, angry neighbors, or just plain old anti-gun folks to decide to go off on a gun owner who has done nothing...

Lindsey Graham, the chairman of the powerful Judiciary committee and a close ally of the President's -- told CNN on Wednesday that his committee will hold a hearing on gun control legislation late...

Re: Boycott Benchmade

This by itself isn't anti 2a, but it brings other things about the company to light. See my previous post. edit to add: And regardless of any of this discussion, it was a stupid PR move to have yourself photographed destroying guns as requested by the police (lawfully or otherwise) and posted to Fa...

Re: Boycott Benchmade

City of Oregon City's Mayor and police chief updated with their point of view. https://www.facebook.com/ocpolice/posts/2179648148740328 From what I have read, I don't see this as anti-2a. These firearms were either requested by their owners to be destroyed, or ordered destroyed by court order. If a...
