While pro-gun legislation had traditionally been sent to this committee, it may be a sign that bills such as constitutional carry could be sent to the Committee on State Affairs instead. The one near me in Frisco closed up a while back. I was pretty bummed because it had some powder selections and such that were convenient. I do miss the competition, now it seems like Academy or Cabela's is all that's really around with powders/primers/etc.
