True, but it would be funny to have Barrett nominated and Trump say, "I listened to your wishes and nominated a woman."

Trump could nominate Marx or Alinsky and the left would still find something to complain about.

If for some reason, Ginsburg retires in the next 6 years, they are going to go completely nuts. How much you want to bet they will try to say Trump has to nominate another candidate who thinks like Ginsburg? The excuse will be to keep the balance of the court. I was thinking that nominating a woman would really cause a tantrum. I know it's early to speculate on who's on the list but Fox News has a list and these 2 caught my eye. Mainly cause they were clerks for Scalia.
