Re: Verbal Notice
...And if not, is there a way for an average Joe to request clarification from the AG? Don't drag me into this. :biggrinjester: I'm still in the CC laws 101 course too. Sorry, I couldn't help my self. On a more serious note... why push the issue? There is nothing good that can come from it. Given t...

Re: 30.06 and 30.07 @ Capital Factory in Omni Hotel downtown Austin
Some people get really upset when you take pictures of their signs. I had one come out, and I explained that I turn them into a website of businesses who create helpless victim zones. Guy told me that it was against state law for me to take a picture of his sign. I laughed loudly as I walked off......

In today's "I'm a special snowflake so I can't work so YOU need to support me" generation I'm sure this will be a box office hit.

Re: I have an LTC but was Denied Purchase by FBI
Just curious, but why are they running you through NICS when you have an LTC? No idea, but it's probably a CYA thing for them - I've seen them do that with guys who walk in the door after having obviously purchased several firearms through them, and who mentioned they had an LTC. Just SOP for their...

Re: Expired license renewal
UGH, I am going to have to take this up with DPS then. When I moved I am fairly certain I requested a renewal and change of address. That happened in 2014 and this one expired in 2015! What a pain, I received no notice of expiration is that something anyone should expect. I suppose I now have to do...

Re: Is there accountability?
I agree with everyone who said to contact your state representative . That said, my LTC was printed a week ago for the first time, and I never received it. I called the DPS RSD number, and they were kind enough to review the information I had provided and I was able to note a discrepancy in my addr...
