Re: Goldilocks Gun Recommendations

I carry the 30 when i cant carry the 21.

If you are accurate and fast with the 21, expect the same from the 30 depending on the size of your hand.

Re: Testing improper signage...

When your see an improper(meaning not state standard) 30.06 or 30.07 sign posted in a store front, do any of you guys still carry inside that store. Improper sign = not legal technically. Or is it best to just avoid it and not carry. Given the fact that verbal notice is adequate notice, it is not w...

Re: LTC Renewal delay for veteran

Not seeing what veteran status would have to do with LTC renewal beyond fees. Has he gone online and checked status? Most likely he has to either submit prints or photos and DPS is waiting on him.

Re: Alaskan homeowner kills two trespassers, charged with murder

Confronting trespassers while armed especially in rural areas is good common sense, no premeditation. Yes, but actually shooting someone without a threat of IMMINENT serious bodily injury or death courts a criminal charge--and conviction. It's the same principle that criminalizes an abused woman ki...

Re: Chuck e Cheese: Father changing his daughter’s diaper reaches into diaper bag. Shoots himself and his daughter

Sounds like another reason for ON-BODY carry. another reason to holster loaded handguns ... if they are not in your hand, they should be in a holster regardless of on-body or off ... it is this kind of irresponsible nonsense that gives the gun community a bad name with those who wish to control, re...

Re: NYT settles caliber wars once and for all.

I had a Glock 30 at one point, and I did carry it...once. It has since been given back to my brother and I do not miss it. Thanks what I wanted to know. I have carried a Glock 30 all day every day for years. It is as accurate and as reliable as my Glock 21 to 25 yards and beyond. Zero issues, zero ...

Re: TX: How to dispose of your bump stops in Houston

You can accomplish the same thing with a rubber band. This is not about rubber bands or bump stocks or novelty items. This is about politicians taking another inch of your liberty. This is about government over-reach. This is about violating the US Constitution. This is about the good Texans who lo...
