Workers Comp required

Not looking for legal advice, just wanting know if anyone else has had to deal with this and how they handled it. I have been self employed for over 30 years originally in the microfilm equipment service industry and as times changed moved into the scanning and large document equipment service indus...

Re: Does a business need to post a 30.07 when they've posted a 30.06 sign?

What about a 30.06 sign that refers to open carry? I know where there is one posted. I have said nothing and will not give the location because I have the feeling, that regardless of the posters intent, the sign is not enforceable for concealed carry. Let me edit to add: This location has both signs...

Re: Slugs thru a "TARGET" barrel

Correct AndyC, I was looking to load it with some buckshot and be able to use slugs if needed. Now I am even considering a different barrel for the 870.

Slugs thru a "TARGET" barrel

I still have a Remington 870TC and a Remington 1187 from our family trap shooting days. Both are true trap grade models and the barrels are stamped "TARGET". I have the Rem-Chokes in X-Full, Full and Imp-Modified. For home defense use, can slugs be shot thru these with that type of barrel?

Part-Time Office help needed in Plano

My office receptionist has had to take about 90 days off to care for some family issues. I would like to hire a part-time receptionist/office assistant to fill in during that time. Hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday-Friday. General knowledge of computers and good phone skills needed. $9.00 per hour is wha...

In return for his help in this, does Barrack Obama become a Supreme Court judge appointed by Hillary?

Re: Does your bank....

I have personal and business accounts at Legacy Texas. Just last week took my yearly collection of coins in, all loose in 1 coffee can and 2 tupperware containers. The teller took them in the back, returned in a few minutes and told it was $240.38. Then asked if I want large bills. That is all there...

Re: Microsoft Hijacking

Do not install Windows Upadate 3035583 - that is the update that is for the upgrade to Win 10. You can hide the update if it is showing in your either optional or recommeded updates. If it has already made its way that it has been installed you need to go to "View Installed Updates" and re...

Re: The signs are up at Chase Oaks Village

I am not going to OC just to find out, just wondering how that works. Now how about taking out the trash? I have to pass by the dumpster to get to my car, so I usually take the trash with me. I know there have been posts talking about community areas and such that would make going to the dumpster a ...

Would 30.07 even apply to and from the car?

We are stuck here until September.

The signs are up at Chase Oaks Village

Came home to find legal 30.06 and 30.07 sign on the gates at Thornburuy at Chase Oaks apartments in Plano. This is the place that issued the lease addendum saying carry to and from the car was grounds for eviction.
