Re: FL: Homeowner drives off invaders in gun fight

25 rounds, and they "may" have been wounded? Sounds like someone needs some range time. Either that or they just bought into the media's opinion of ARs as being automatic killing machines. If I fired 25 rounds at Intruders in my home, they would still be in my home when the police arrived, asking wh...

Re: Psych patient OC's past 30.06/.07's, claims he's OK to do so.

I am no longer surprised by those, who should know the law as LTC holders, who are woefully ignorant, either through poor instruction, or through, misinformation, obtained after their LTC class. That being said, I am kind of on the fence about providing a private entity, information, on prohibiting ...

Re: 9th Circuit says 2nd Amendment does not cover legally present but nonimmigrant aliens

Will this suddenly turn, otherwise law abiding, non immigrants, into criminals, for possessing firearms? This will have a ripple effect, in that it will make the job, of gun dealers, even more difficult, since they will have to spend so much extra time, sorting through, all of the different visa des...

Next time shoot the last one first!! :fire

Just kidding, I know how frustrating that must be. Like a pitcher with a perfect game until he gives up a hit to the 27th batter.

That's still better than I have ever done. Great job. :thumbs2:

Re: Nervous LTC test

I agree with most of the replies that low left is a result of finger placement on the trigger. Usually "wrapping" too much of your finger around the trigger. I catch myself doing that when shooting fast. For me it is best to just have the first joint of my fingers, just touching the side of the trig...

Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 it comes in either a 4.25" barrel, or a 5" . It holds 17+1 rounds in 9mm. You can also get it in 40 S&W, or 45acp. It comes with 4 different size backstraps to custom fit you hand. Great trigger, short reset, aggressive grip stippling, and accurate. I have carried the origin...

Color me surprised. They won't be happy until anyone who doesn't like your haircut, can have you disarmed.
I hope this gets to SCOTUS soon, and it, along with any other similar laws are struck down.

Re: "Nobody has ever stopped a mass-shooter..."

Mass shooters are always "stopped" either by their own hand, being shot by another person, or they simply quit shooting people. There is, as others have stated, no way to definitively prove that the actions of others, prevented more casualties. It is the same argument people use when condemning the ...

Re: Delaware: Do we ever hear about Delaware

As usual, very spotty details, in the report, which I'm sure that is all they had at the time. If it was truly just a shoplifting, I don't believe the shooter was justified, however, it mentioned the car striking a security vehicle, which at a lot of malls is only a golf cart or similar type vehicle...
