Her staff goes door to door with letters to help them get a ballot mailed to them. Then, they come back to help them fill it out and they (her staff) mail them in. Im sure there is some kind of incentive involved. Thats how she keeps getting re-elected. Her neighborhood is where a lot of these gangsters are.
