Re: Anti drone equipment

You must have missed the part above about it being a federal felony. I did not. However, the FAA does not have the manpower to prosecute every case of destruction of toy to which their silly aircraft statute applies. I agree, don't shoot at real aircraft. But peeping Tom drones are just toys in my ...

Re: California to Texas migration

I've met a few people from California and can definitely say for them to stay in California. I usually tell EVERY Commifornia transplant to go back there. Those who get offended can kiss my behind and leave. (hopefully) :evil2: The others normally protest "Heck no! I like Texas!". Better. :cheers2:...

Re: MN: Self defense shooting trial built on gun control bumper sticker

I have NRA stickers that I have been sent when I joined or upgraded my membership level. I post these on my gun cabinet or ammo crates. There are no stickers on my vehicle at all. I hate putting stickers on my vehicles because I think eventually I'd have to deal with removal. But like others, I do n...

Re: AZ: Kidnapping foiled

http://fosterimpactdevices.com/coin_sap.html Now there's a nifty idea, particularly for places like California/New Jersey/Canada. "It's just a coin purse, officer". :biggrinjester: Really well made, and pretty stout if you have a handful of Eisenhower dollars to carry. Or a collection of ...

Re: New Guy...

Hello, I am a former Texas public schoolteacher and I have gone into the ministry. I work at a congregation of about 200 or so. We currently do not have 30-06 or 30-07 signage up in our building, which means anyone can carry. What I'd like to know is that if we were to put up the signage, would our...

Re: Any body In the computer/IT field?

Just wondering if any certifications are required every yearwhen you work in IT? Depends on the company and line of work. I've been doing IT for 20 years. I got certified back in 1999 on Windows NT 4.0 to get my foot in the door. Haven't updated any certs since. They make a good way to get your foo...

Re: Watch Where You Walk

My grandmother always kept a flock of guinea fowls, she said if you have guineas you don't have snakes, I always thought that was just a wild tale, but I saw her guineas find a 3ft long rattlesnake and they went nutz, they shredded that snake, tore him to pieces! Had those growing up when I lived o...

I taught my daughter to respect many things including firearms and fear nothing. The later bites me in the rear every now and then, but I still think she's great!
I dunno. I think she fears running out of gas here and there. :biggrinjester:

Re: Can I find out if an individual has a LTC

I may be wrong, but I believe that information is limited to law enforcement for the most part. Otherwise, the antis could get it and use it in an attempt to dox all LTCs in the state.

alcohol sales done by contract concessionaire; booze may not be 51% of the venue's revenue, but it is 51% of the contractor's receipts at that location.
Yup, I ran into the same issue at Verizon Theater in Grand Prarie. They had walk-thru metal detectors and wanding as well.
