I thought I could carry it then store it while in those locations. By store it I mean to store it in a storage unit in a state that close by that allows it.

Is it illegal to travel to DC and NY in a vehicle from Texas with a sidearm if you have a Texas Permit. Does anyone know the storage requirements while there?

But does this mean they have a sign or just their preference? Nothing on their website says anything about firearms permitted or not.

Wife called and made reservations at a Waco hotel and before she hung up the person who took the info told her that no firearms are permitted inside the building even if you have a cancelled carry license. Why would they say that over the phone? Is that a way of saying we have a 30.06 sign.

Lol. We could have scared him off. We just had company leave. We all got into our sleeping gear and my daughter said I'm hungry. So we decided to load up and got to whataburger. Not the first time to do this. Just the first time for this situation.
