All my own fault - I first sent in the "wrong" invoice and then frittered around with faxes that were never received, etc. Finally gave up and bought a stamp - I guess USPS must have squeaked it through in time ;)

Got my $75 rebate back today - delighted because I wasn't expecting it and it's a welcome addition to the bank-account this time of the month :)

Called yesterday and spoke with a lady called "Jay" (I think) - she promised to call me back to see if I could fax in the invoice from PSA, but of course she never called back.

I got this:

Status : Invalid Receipt enclosed - Submission is being mailed back - please follow instructions.

I bought it from Palmetto - they don't GIVE receipts other than email. Tsk.

Got the same email, with the same results - zip. Not particularly worried, seeing as they emailed me.
