Why should it matter if the distraction is a phone? Is the victim hurt any less if the distracted driver was reckless because they were putting on makeup, yelling at their kids in the back seat, entering a license plate into their MDT, rubbernecking, et cetra?canvasbck wrote:As a libertarian, I don't want to see laws dictating exactly what you do.
