It's most likely a tie although McCain had a strong finish once the debate got on-topic. I think we all knew Obama would not do as well without his teleprompter but I thought he was better than I expected and held his own by bringing the topic back to the economy. I looked at the MN site and I don't see a requirement to submit fingerprints. While they choose to honor our CHL, we would not honor their permit since it does not meet our requirements. Simply a guess on my part and YMMV.
