Re: Obama Campaign Threatens Stations Airing NRA Ads

...I trust factcheck.org to give me the straight answers more than an NRA ad. Factcheck is very careful to be sure they are non-partisan and they dont have an agenda here. Are you serious? FactCheck is run by Annenberg. Annenberg and Obama go way back. Don't assume that they are not biased. Tom

Re: September 26, Presidential Debate 1

It's most likely a tie although McCain had a strong finish once the debate got on-topic. I think we all knew Obama would not do as well without his teleprompter but I thought he was better than I expected and held his own by bringing the topic back to the economy. I'm really waiting to see how well ...

My spouse and I went to a concert there a few weeks ago. My spouse's purse was "searched", I carried right past them with my LCP in a pocket holster. I'm not sure what would happen if they found the weapon...

Biden Portrays Himself as Pro-2A

Note he talks about his shotguns. He simply framed his comments to work the pro-gun crowd. Bided is about as bad as they get when it comes to 2A rights.

Re: Reciprocity Question RE: Minnesota

I looked at the MN site and I don't see a requirement to submit fingerprints. While they choose to honor our CHL, we would not honor their permit since it does not meet our requirements. Simply a guess on my part and YMMV.

Wanted - .22 Pistol

Greetings,

My spouse has shown some interest in shooting and rather than take her to the range with the larger weapons, I figured I'd pick up a nice little .22 for her to use and for general "plinking". Can pay cash or trade up or down with a like-new SW9VE.

Please PM with details.

Re: How Often Do You Carry?

I have it made. I own the business so carry on the job is not an issue. With few exceptions (30.06 places, etc) I'm always armed. I usually carry my LCP in a Desantis EZ Rider but do use a pocket holdet with cargo pants/shorts for deep cover. My spouse and I went to a concert last week. They searche...

Re: Need Advice - Pocket/Wife Starter Pistol

I always advise again pocket-sized pistols for beginners, and I've never understood how they came to be thought of as "ladies' guns"...I recommend starting shooters with an intermediate to full-size handgun in a light-recoiling caliber. You don't have to go Desert Eagle, but any standard-...

Sorry, but he deserved what he recieved after testifying before congress that our soldiers were raping murdering criminals. If he didn't want the label he should have kept his mouth shut. :iagree: Kerry's past caught up with him...I felt like a vote for him would be almost as bad as voting for Hano...

Sounds like a poor fit to your hand. I've run 500 rounds through mine without a single failure. The other possibility is a bad magazine.

Re: Obama hits 50% in the polls.

McCain has a track record He has worked very hard at stripping our our 1st amendment rights, and he has made it clear that wants another assault weapon ban only this time without a sunset clause. I understand that some folks have stronger stomachs than I. Obama isn't promising a Glock in every pock...
