Re: TX: Houston 5 YO gets gun for mom to shoot dad.

All of my rifles are hanging on a wall rack, as they did when I was a kid. If you raise your kids to respect firearms, majority of the time you won't have issues. Other than my AR and 30.30, my kids can go grab any firearm and head off down in the woods or friends place. I know, without a doubt, tha...

Re: Illegal Kitty Keychain

That keychain was made specifically as a weapon, like brass knuckles or dagger, not a keychain that "could" be used as one. While a dagger is legal, the resemblance of brass knuckles is not. If someone wants wants a similar item, just get a mini dagger and attach to keychain, purse or even carried i...

Re: Blank Subpeona...Constitutional?

Some states might can get away with a blank Subpoena, but not in Texas. The Subpoena must be completely filled by the court or DA. https://www.serve-now.com/resources/process-serving-laws/texas#176 Edit: While some states may issue a blank Subpoena, it MUST be completely filled out BEFORE being serv...

Re: Software update - More information

The report post error should be an easy fix, there is just a conflict in the templates. If phpbb support cant fix it, then they are choosing not to. The way phpbb works, is that you have one main php file and a bunch of corresponding php files for each action of the forum. When one action is not beh...

Re: Three free one year NRA memberships available

We still had enough for three left? You new members need to speak up. BTW, I know folk here are buying firearms on a regular basis. Sometimes with the firearm, there is a card with a code to get a free one year NRA membership. If someone gets one and doesn't have a need for it and not given it away,...

Re: Ltc question

Dunno, but I think it was amended earlier than that. In Sept of 2017, when I took my LTC course, the expiration of the LTC-100 was one year then.

This is the same on every forum. I co-owned a forum of several thousand members, which only about +- 200 actually participated. Most sign up, get what they need and are never seen again.

Yup. Don't know if it was here or another forum, but a retired (or off duty) officer got punched in the face one time and died as a result. Of course he was up in age, but could happen to anyone at any age. Good write and read.

do you have the code posted somewhere? would love to have this
In stylus go to manage > write new style > import
In the new window > paste the code > select overwrite style > give it a name and save.

Re: Forum CSS Tweaking

that looks really nice. thank you for your work. is that still in test, or is that live and we need to do something to set it? This is not part of the theme on this board, but a custom css that can be used with the stylus plugin for firefox and google chrome. To use the custom css, install the plug...

Few tweaks to links and new post titles, back to bold blue like before. The icons are still red though, as those are images, but don't look to bad.
