You are dead wrong! How do you know it wasn’t a detective on duty or his department requires him to carry? Whataburger is initiating contact by not posting the required signage that prohibits open carry. It’s almost like they want people to come in open carrying just so they can tell them to leave! It’s a dumb policy and they should just post 30.07 and be done with it.
