Re: Prayer Request - I Have Covid / Wife Likely Too
My wife got three doses of remdesivir. They have cleared her to come home today, although she is extremely weak and we're told she will need to use a walker for several weeks. Her lung pain when breathing deeply will also last for several more weeks. This will be a long haul recovery, but I'll be v...

Re: ATF to Institute Rulemaking Regarding Stabilizing Braces and Require Registration of Currently Owned Braces
So what is a min-stock? Pretty straightforward, if you read the guidance. If you have an non-LER optic on your "stabilized" weapon, it is obviously meant to be shouldered. Does the "stabilizer" make it awkward at best, impossible at worst, to fire the weapon by hand? If so, then...

Re: ATF to Institute Rulemaking Regarding Stabilizing Braces and Require Registration of Currently Owned Braces
While I may or may not agree with the overall function of the ATFE, the draft Rule is pretty straightforward, and reasonable within the context of existing law. You either have an arm-brace, or you have a mini-stock. If you have a mini-stock, this should not be a surprise, and one can't really be of...

Re: So I searched Lapua and .308 on Google
I am never disappointed at the level of knowledge this group has. And here I though $500 was a lot to pay for a scope. So far no one has mentioned old used military rifles, are they just not in this league? Or is ammunition the problem? philip, I'm not sure where you're located, or what your intend...

Re: In Baylor ER
Praying for you. Ask if they have remdesevir and/or baricitanib available, if the doc thinks its appropriate with your symptoms right now. If your O2 saturation is 93% or less, you probably qualify. They put my brother on that Tuesday. He is suppose to get a second round of it today. They told him ...

She is 77 but in very good health. Very active. She got her test results back yesterday. She thinks she has had it about a week so far. The only symptoms are a headache and tired. She lives in Rowlett which is experiencing a spike at the moment. Doctor told her she will be out of danger zone if no ...

I know. It is always preferable that such things be carried out by State armed groups, right...?"I am outraged and horrified by the gruesome attack against civilians carried out by non-state armed groups in villages near Borno State capital Maiduguri," Edward Kallon said in a statement.

Re: Iranian top Nuke guy assassinated by truck mounted remote control machine gun
Why is my suspicion that he was whacked by his own government because they had suspicions that he might be working with Foreign Powers...? That was my thought exactly. Wonder who planted that suspicion. Once upon a time, I would have presumed we did. Pretty obviously, Mossad (and possibly CIA) had ...
