I'd recommend a fanny pack. I used one for years, in the 90s, working in an ED. Scrubs don't lend themselves to carrying anything directly depending on them for support. Belly bands and ankle holsters are ok, but not exactly quick access. Obviously, I don't know where you work, but I would view the clip-carry options, through this question: is the clip strong enough to support your employment? IOW, if you lean over a cot, and your pistol is dislodged/tears free and drops and gets kicked across the floor to stop in front of the Nurse Manager's feet, how's that going to go?
