Small, known to be effective, and substantively cheaper. Byrna's offering looks like it wants to be substantially more than it is(range, volume, controlled delivery), but I have no personal experience with them.
Edit to add: I did not realize that Sabre offers a launcher of similar design, but their stated effective range is 175 feet. While that may be optimistic, being made by Sabre, I'm willing to bet that it reaches 60' with ease, and feels like rubber buck.
