They stated that there is 8 business weeks to process the application and they will let me know if they need anything else from me. Good news. I check the status every day, and shortly after I wrote the above response and then checked the status..
Background Check : Completed
License To Carry A Handgun : Print Pending
At least for me, it took 45 business days or 63 calendar days to complete the background check.
