The victim died, and the shooter was ...

There can be bad shootings, that are not morally ok, that are legally justified.

From the dozens of videos (which are not contested), the audio signature is exactly a M240. Way too precise and too slow for bump fire. We all know if, but what can you prove. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

TAM, just now seeing this. We lost my father suddenly about 3 years ago. So sorry for your loss. Just know that it is normal for it to take months to process, and sometimes new things will hit. Just know that there are people in your life that you can and should talk too.

That should be the response. But that won't be the response. Glock is a boot licker just like all the larger companies.Grayling813 wrote: Mon Oct 13, 2025 1:43 pm Glock's response should be to immediately halt sales of Glock firearms and parts to all law enforcement/government agencies in California.

A friend has a situation where he had two guns and a suppressor shipped to a FFL, items were delivered to the FFL in January and he won’t release them. Keeps saying they’re not ready.
What legal steps/recourse can he take to get his purchases from the FFL?

Carry, leave it locked in your vehicle, and if they terminate you for that (and are dumb enough to put it in writing) then your attorney will laugh his way to the bank for you.

Re: State Fair of Texas 2025
East Texas State Fair handled it with LEO's and LTC's going to the side and showing a uniformed officer their credentials. Everybody else walked through the upright post-style metal detectors. Seemed to work well.
But that's just common sense.

Re: United Kingdom: the police state
Same totalitarian steps with a different initial orientation. I hate watching history rhyme with itself. How many hundreds of thousands is the UK going to put into gulags for this cycle of history? Any guesses?
I'd go with 700,000 when its all said and done, and another 40 year cycle for any chance ...
