Voice,
Distance,
OC Spray the Whole Group... In that order.

The firearm is only if my life is threatened afterwards. Thats why you should carry non-lethals, it gives you options.

Re: Missouri ROCKS!!!

Per Wickard v. Filburn and SCOTUS it is interstate commerce because it has an affect on interstate commerce. This is one of the worst and most impactful SCOTUS decisions ever made. Agreed. Until that one is overturned we can't get a true federal system back on track. Although, I don't think the cur...

Nice sentiment. Call me when it's signed by the Governor.
They have a 2/3rds majority. It can bypass the governor if need be.

Re: Mass murder at a Church kills 32

This site provides an indication of just how under reported attacks on Christians are in the mainstream media. Very few of these have I seen anything about in the mainstream media. It seems it isn't politically correct to cover such vicious tragedies against Christians but it is when it is the othe...

Sounds like a militia to me... Also, sounds a lot like Kennesaw, Georgia which hasn't faced a legal challenge to their law.

No reason that it shouldn't be legal to mandate.

Re: Can Beto O’Rourke really beat Ted Cruz?

Mods, since its relevant can we re-name this thread "Can Beto really beat Donald Trump?" I have a feeling that many of the points made in this thread will wind up applying to the next election. (Sadly) my money is on Kamila, Beto and Bernie winding up as the three main players at the end, with Beto...

I have finally splurged on the Aliengear Shapeshift system which has some of the coolest mag carriers I've ever seen. They are a little wider than just kydex but IWB they have a sweat guard thats really comfortable- and for both IWB and OWB they have a cant adjustment of full 360 degrees. Overall I'...

Re: Rep. Michael Burgess may be dangerous

We ask young people to sacrifice for their country sometimes with their very lives. To ask these things without allowing them a say-so in how their government is run is asking too much. Which is why military service should also wait until the age of 21- Training excluded. But then again I don't bel...

Re: HB 2015 - Mandatory body cameras for SWAT

On another forum a few people claiming to be law enforcement argued against body cams for SWAT because releasing the video would be violation of the privacy of the home of the individuals raided. Ahh, privacy concerns when your home is being invaded by strangers! Makes total sense.... LOL

Sovereign Immunity is based on the belief that any evil an office holder does is excusable if they're just following orders. As we have seen from WWI, WWII and the Geneva Convention, and the Nuremberg Charter "Just Following Orders" is NOT a legal excuse for illegal actions anymore. This has been c...

So am I understanding this right, The HLS&R is a private owned company. BUT the NRG grounds is county owned. Therefore their 30.06/07 signs are invalid? But the off duty cops who work as security will tell you its against the law to carry?
