I get the "for profit" thing. But many artists and craftsman have put together themed whataburger works. Id bet the contents of my safe (empty because of a horrible boating accident) that some of those were sold for profit and yet WaB didnt bat an eye.

Its not a priduction gun. This sort of thing is done all the time, was there any sort of lawsuit around the Hello Kitty AR, or Star Wars themed, or any other themed AR. I'm with the builder, its nothing more than a custom order for a customer.
