Re: CO: Injuries reported, 'unstable situation, shots fired' at Colorado school

Transgender teen tried as an adult. Could receive 40 years in death of hero student who rushed the shooters to try and save lives. Other shooter who was 19 could receive the death penalty. If he/she/it is transgender, they'll go easy on it. Because, afterall, these poor kids have a hard life, laws ...

1 of dead robbers identified. Felon released 2 years early from prison after 10 year sentence for armed robbery.
Soooooo ... if he's a felon, he could not have possibly obtained a weapon because we have laws in place to prevent him from lawfully obtaining a firearm.
This must be fake news.

Re: Source of decently priced .45 projectiles?

Thank you, gentlemen, for all the great information and links. It is a lot of data to process so I'll go through it this weekend to see what I can find. I have thought of trying coated lead bullets but never run them myself and heard of lead transfer to the barrel etc. I'd like to avoid that. So I'l...

Re: HI: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard under lock down due to active shooter

Heard on the radio this morning that there was another mass shooting in Pensacola.
We should ban all guns on all military bases, create victim zones. Do I have it right?

Re: Practical Implementation of Universal Background Checks

As we all know, "universal background checks" are all the rage now, particularly with the Bloomberg groups, anti-gun politicians, and the media. Most of my friends and neighbors think it's a good idea and "just makes sense". They have not thought through the practical realities of making it work. H...

Greetings, I am running out of .45 bullets (230gr FMJ) that I bought on sale a long time ago. I started looking and cannot believe how expensive they have gotten over the last few years. I looked here and on TGT as well but did not find anything. Does anyone know of a good source for a decently pric...

Re: No place but Chicago or Illinois

For those that may not be aware, the state of Illannoy prohibits CCL license holders from carrying in criminal activity zones such as all publicly funded transportation. In Illannoy, the bus and train lines are criminal activity magnets because criminals know that victims are defenseless. Morons, t...

Re: IN: Tampa plastic surgeon dies after jet fuel put in prop plane

I am somewhat surprised the plane ran long enough to take off. It was a tragedy. Fuel systems have sumps, long lines, more sumps, accumulator tanks etc. It takes a while for the wrong fuel to get from the tanks to the cylinders. It really depends on each specific model and its fuel system design. L...
