I am so happy to see that the judge (a former friend before all of this) was slapped down publicly. Too bad a judge who makes such bad rulings can't be forced to pay attorney's fees. Or a district or county attorney who pursues a frivolous case like this. The taxpayers always foot the bill.

After being a trial lawyer for almost 30 years, I really don't blame people for filing frivolous lawsuits. People are evil, power hungry and greedy. That is the human condition. As such, I expect such things.
I DO blame judges who do not rule properly from the bench. It is their job to be the wall between evil people and the rest of society.
Sadly disappointed in this one.
