Keep in mind that 60 days is not 60 calendar days but in fact 60 business days. same goes for 45 days (it is business days not calendar days)

I just spoke with DPS and apparently it is not 40 calendar days but 40 business days which means 2 months :( my application is still in progress and all thats left is just wait Actually if you read the statute, nowhere in the statute does it say business days... it says 60 days... I will argue that...
