Re: Combined 30.06 & 30.07 signs.

I would not pin my freedom and criminal non-record on the belief that a 30.06/07 sign that doesn't exactly match the statutory text would spare me from prosecution, nor even conviction. I think appellate courts would be more likely to embrace the law exactly as written, but that's expensive and tak...

Re: Masks now required for voting

And if I don't, since its a federal judge's order, will the FBI come after me? Not so much a federal judge’s order as it is an invalidation of a section in the governor’s mandate. The judge is not mandating masks, rather he is claiming one of the gov’s exemptions puts an extra burden on P(s)OC. I h...

Re: Massive voter fraud ring uncovered in Houston/Harris County

I can almost guarantee that this same thing is happening in every major metro area in the country. That's a reason the poles are skewed by media so they might agree with the final results that they plan for. The dems haven't worried about actual public opinion for 3 years. They know they can win by...

Re: Honey Badger "temporarily" ok again

Is anyone else thinking about what happens four years from now, even if Trump wins? At some point Democrats who want to take away our guns are going to win an election. Then What?!?!?! :mad5 A 5/4 or 6/3 Supreme Court. Chas. What about 5/8 OR 6/7 Supreme Court? Could happen by April 2021 if Biden w...

https://news.yahoo.com/21-white-supremacists-indicted-drug-202721027.html Yeah it’s something I worry about every night. Glad the government is working tirelessly to stamp it out. I think DJT must be asked about this in the next debate or press conference. It's important that the President denounce...

Man, just found out today I have to drive to Pennsylvania in next day. Route appears to be through LA, MS, Al, TN, VI , MD, and then in PA. Pennsylvania via the Virgin Islands? Man that's a long drive! :biggrinjester: Just kidding. You will want to lock the gun (unloaded) and ammo (separately) in t...

Re: Kenosha Wisconsin Shooter discussion

That said, the shooter here likely could not legally carry a handgun, so I can't fault him on this point. His other mistake was that he could not legally carry a rifle either. In Wisconsin, it is illegal for a minor to be in possession of any loaded weapon. This has been my biggest concern since we...

Re: Traveling to the North East

If your 1 night stay is at your son's house, that's a "visit". No FOPA protection. If your 1 night stay is in a hotel along the way, I'd urge you to reconsider your schedule and avoid it. Reading FOPA, I don't see anything about overnight stay protection. https://www.nraila.org/articles/20140630/gu...
