I on the other hand, when I OC, have----neck tats, "Bloods" style do rag, unwashed long white t-shirt, and stinky raggedy jeans, and a HiPoint 9. I carry a Lorcin .25 as a BUG. Shoved down the front of my jeans, of course. :biggrinjester:

He would be the first one targeted by bad guys...
He doesn't have the training in marksmanship and weapon retention that LEO's have...
