Re: Woman licks Blue Bell ice cream then puts it back in grocery freezer

I wonder what will happen to her if it is determined that she actually placed the ice cream in her cart after the camera stopped recording.

Re: Any body In the computer/IT field?

rm -rf / will solve all your problems  NOT FUNNY What can I say. I'm a BOFH. A little destructive linux humor amuses me. Just like when a customer deploys to production a product that is not fully tested and stable. My employer has a bad habit of using the live environment for beta testing. Th...

Re: Crossbreed Super Tuck vs Freedom Carry

I just noticed that the kydex on my CB Supertuck is cracking after barely a year. Guess we'll find out if thier customer support is holding up. Should I call first or just send it in with the form from thier site? Just download the RMA form, and send it in. I've had to replace one, and it was a qui...

Re: Is there any recent movement on SB 117?

I was afraid that was what had happened. That was the bill that I care the most about, since it affects me frequently. Sounds like something I can thank Bonnen for? Bonnen is Speaker of the House. SB 117 is a Senate Bill. Unless I’m looking at it wrong, the bill passed the Senate on 5/3, and was se...

Re: Stop The Bleed - free medical training

At the risk of thread necromancy, I had looked at this thread quite a few times last year, and there was never a class offered close by and/or at a convenient time. Apparently, May is National Stop the Bleed month, and 5/23/19 is National Stop the Bleed Day. There also happens to be a course offered...

Re: Texas Lawmakers Clarify Church Carry Law

I thought the law was pretty clear already. Sounds like some feel good legislation, to fix something that isn't broke. Has there been a problem? I still occasionally run into license holders who think you can't carry into church, either because (i) was not properly explained to them* or they've for...

Move the clocks 30 minutes and forget it. JMHO I agree :iagree: This would just create more havoc for prorammers and IT proffessionals. Steady income stream. Think of Y2K. They already thought of that... it’s the year 2038 problem: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Year_2038_problem

Re: DPS Body Cam Footage Confirms Dennis Bonnen Lies

Why are they implying flying commercially proves he didn't have a gun with him? Bonnen's wife said that McNutt threatened and/or brandished a weapon when he was at the residence. Flight records note that he did not check a firearm, therefore was not carrying. I keep seeing this, but I only remember...

Re: Kamala Harris would proclaim new gun-control measures through executive orders (presidential decrees?)

I haven’t heard her speak very often, but in the clips (not magazines) I saw yesterday, her speech sure seemed to be slurred. Is that normal for her?

Re: Will Obama be arrested for illegal spying on Trump campaign?

Did he say, “Spying did occur”, or that he thinks spying occurred? I heard a few sound bites on the news yesterday, but I was driving, so I couldn’t really give it my full attention.

Re: Matagorda 13 year old found safe.

It was a little bit irritating yesterday when one of my weather apps notified me of this young lady missing 'in my area', some 300 miles away. I’ve gotten amber alert from as far as 800 miles from here. I don’t mind as they may be headed for the boarder. With the amount of makeup this 13 was wearin...

Gents,

Thank you very much ! Much appreciated! God bless you both !
How far are you from needing to renew your LTC? If it’s reasonably close, and there have been no issues up to this point, I’d simply wait it out rather than having to pay the extra fee for a name change.

Re: Help me decide !

If the used gun is FTF, I’d go that route. If there is going to be paperwork regardless, I’d get the new one.
