Re: AR15 Build from 80% lower

When lowers go up in price, so will 80% lowers. It seems to me that 80% lowers have never been a bargain. Yeah they’re affordable, but at no point have I ever seen one priced lower than a factory finished one. In my opinion, they’re priced high because hobbyists will pay to indulge their hobby, and...

Re: New Boating Law

I always was under the understanding that when you felt you had to lose your guns it was time to use them. Yes it is, but c'mon.....that was a pretty good "gun owners are terrible boaters" joke. That was. Boat humor is great. Mrs. Anygun will not ride with me in a boat. She doesn't think ...

Hopefully there’s no clause making it a problem to lose your guns in a lake.

It's TAM's thread. He can tell us to knock it off when he wants to. ;-)
As long as you guys keep bumping my "for sale" thread to the top, I’m good with it.

Re: Medicare- The Health Care Standard Everyone Should Have

I’m on Medicare parts A and B, and a Medicare supplement called Plan G from Mutual of Omaha, plus a drug plan from Express Scripts. The combined monthly cost for Part B, Plan G, and Express Scripts is roughly $250/month. When I was hospitalized last May, the ER bill (not counting Dr fees) was a litt...

Re: AR15 Build from 80% lower

I have a pretty nice 5.56/.308 jig kit, but haven’t used it yet. The main reason why not is simply that, up til now, I could buy a complete stripped lower for less than a 80% lower. But that may change soon.

Re: 10 New Pro-2A laws in Texas - Adam Kraut

Good video, but I have a question.... License holders already had the ability to carry in houses of worship unless they are posted 30.06/07. So how did that new law change things. I’ve carried in church, including on stage, ever since I first got my license in early 2008. And my church posted 30.07 ...

Re: Dems threaten SCOTUS over upcoming 2A case

I know those Justices are cut from better stuff than me, but if I sat on that bench I'd rule against whatever the Dems wanted just because of their threat The problem is that the court won’t likely get a chance to address it. The court does not have the constitutional authority to set how many just...

Thanks again for sharing what you’ve learned. Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s had to go through this learning curve with 8 round moon clips! It's a huge learning curve, and I've done plenty of trial and error myself. heck, TK has this on their website: https://www.tkcustom.com/image...
