Re: NRA and Red Flag Laws

Then there's this. The NRA apparently does support red flag laws at the state level, as long as they meet the conditions of what NRA considers fair "due process." As states consider ERPO laws, the NRA will continue to push for the inclusion of strong due process protections. Notice it doesn't say t...

Phil I have several people committed to Friday and some may not be able to do it next week. Plus, I'm in trial in Kaufman County next week. I...

Re: El Paso Walmart Shooting

I very rarely respond to " what would you do " threads for several reasons. There are so many variables that make an accurate and compete response difficult if not impossible. I'm an attorney and I don't want people equating my response with legal advice. I was a police officer for 10 years and that...

This was good. I knew about the fake army for Patton prior to D-Day to mislead the Germans. Didn't realize how much more they did.
Me too. I didn't know there was a special group or how involved they were in other operations.

Prime Video: WWII Ghost Army

There's a good documentary on Prime Video titled "The Ghost Army." It's about the U.S. Army's 23rd Headquarters Special Troops during WWII. Their deception was amazing! If you have Amazon Prime, then you have Prime Video.

Re: Officer shoots carjacker dead in Harris county

If the BG had survived the attack on the K9 he would have been charged with assault on a Peace Officer! By Texas Law a Police dog or horse is considered a Police Officer and the charges are the same!
