I agree Carl. Her son also didn't seem to believe the shooting was justified. He was shocked throughout the entire video. When he said "Mom, you shot him![;]" her response was a curt "Yes I did." It appears to me she shot him because she was ticked off that he wouldn't comply with her instruction. If she was afraid, then why did she turn her back on him to open the desk drawer to get the gun?
If I was the prosecutor, I would have charged the kid for obstruction of justice for turning off the video. I bet he would have told what really happened. I hope she spent her life savings on her attorney.
