I'm taking my wally walk tommorow, but only plan on getting ammo and some quick McDs. Walking around for the full 45 minutes is not for me
Congrats on the CHL!

Re: Gun Safe for Car
I just got my medium sized centerofmass safe for the car and it is awsome. Fits my 2 CCWs (not at the same time) and an extra clip. I've got it attached right now by the cable but I want to figure out how to mount it too. Atleast when it's just secured by the cable I can pull it into my lap to acces...

I sent in my packet 3/10, and got my pin today 6/10. Now I'll wait for the finger print rejection.
Someday I'll be a CHL holder.

Re: Fingerprints
I went to have my prints done at a FAST location for my Class A CDL and it was awsome. quick and cheap. well worth it. I'm convinced my print for the CHL are gonna come back rejected (when they start working on my packet). My CHL prints were done by a retired LEO with an ink pad and it took 30 minut...

Re: BIG GUN SHOW AT RELIANT 17th and 18th
I'll be going with friends. I'm not in need of anything, but my friend is going to "upgrade" his CCW to a Glock .40 or .45. I want to shop too becauase I'll probubly be making a simular purchase within the next year. I think I'd go with the 23 or 27 if I were him, but he's leaning twords t...

CCW Caliber Poll
All the talk about the new .380 Rugar LCP has got me think'n... What is the smallest caliber you would carry in a CCW? To me nothing beats the idea of carrying in .45, but I also have a S&W .38 SP Snub Revolver. I just know that it might take all 5 shots of the .38 to do what I expect the .45 to...

Re: Got my PIN!
I finished my class on 3/5 and sent it in the next week without a way to be sure they got it. Posts like this one that tell me that I shouldn't be worried yet. hopefully I'll be contacted by them soon. BTW I think my finger prints are going to fail. :mad5 Look for the check to be cashed. If ...

Re: WRS- S&W 642 with Holsters and Ammo
Is this a 642 the "Chiefs Special" with exposed hammer, the "Centennial" frame with fully enclosed hammer or the "Bodyguard" frame (.38 S&W Special +P only) shrouded hammer? Also, does it have the internal lock? The gun has a fully enclosed hammer and the internal ...
