Re: Any ham trader sites...

Guys,

Thanks.. I'm off looking. I can find lots of Chinese knockoffs.. some new brands I've not heard of. And the clear understanding that this is not a cheap hobby..

Worth looking at? I'm new to the amateur radio side, been threatening myself to get my license for years, I've worked emergency communications, been a DJ, dabbled in CB when I was in JR high.. (KAKO-4794) back when we still had to get a license for CB.. Got my Tech in February, got my General in Mar...

HB 3057

Here is a nice new Bill put forth by the freshman Talarico. 29 years old and full of good intentions.. Like, having a background check run by an FFL before borrowing a gun to shoot at a range. Introduced: https://capitol.texas.gov/BillLookup/History.aspx?LegSess=86R&Bill=HB3507 text: https://capitol...

HB 824

Afternoon,
My Google-fu must be failing.. Has anyone reviewed HB 824?
Why does Reynolds want to remove the LTC as proper ID for voting? Or am I missing something?

Re: Long time out

Welcome back ...
sad that I was looking for a heart.. or a "like" on the post.

FB drew me away.. still there for family across the world. Twitter.. meh, gives me a chance to vent and go political.. :txflag: :txflag:

Lee Progressive

Long story short, a guy on FB offered an older 3 turret Lee with 9mm and .45 dies for 50.00 plus shipping. I bit and got the package from the big brown truck. Upon opening the box, I found dies, powder drop, beam scales, primer tool along with the "turret" press.. The press is a Pro 1000 and uses th...

Re: Wheel gun carry

I am old and still like to carry my revolver. Have been looking for a high quality thumb break holster for my RugerGP100 3" barrel for a while. No real luck. Would also consider a kydex level 2. But have found nothing there at all. Who carries a full size revolver OC and what do you carry it in. Th...

Alas, I don't play favorites, lest one become jealous and ND or FTF...

I have several of my dad's rifles, I have one from my grand dad that was manufactured in June 1942.

If I had to grab and go, I'd say my Henry and Ruger GP100 in .357.
