Would that include fingers too? Plenty of folks out there (you tube it) who can shoot pretty darn fast, their “cyclic rate” is crazy because of their super fast trigger pull. Maybe we can get government to regulate finger speed too!


Oh, who will be responsible for this “psych test” and who will pay for it? Isn’t that discriminatory against poor folk...
