That was my best shot. Good luck to you!
I'm using IPV4 static LAN addresses.

If you are using IPv6 addressing, try disabling it, and use IPv4.

Re: Current fingerprinting logjam in DFW
TAM is correct, but there are a few things contributing to the backlog of fingerprint appointments, other than just the panic to get an LTC. IdentoGo is requiring the enrollment agents to perform extra cleaning and sanitizing of the equipment between appointments. This is something you REALLY want u...

Re: LTC eligibility clarification
2 charges that resulted from the same arrest would probably be treated as one conviction for LTC purposes.
HOWEVER, I am not a lawyer. I am not DPS. So, your best course of action is to contact DPS, and get an opinion from them.

Is this the same incident? Just the charge was changed? Or are these 2 separate incidents?

Re: Shooting Qualification While Pregnant
Since no one wants to do actual research on babies in the womb, with respect to noise and airborne lead exposure, we still refuse to qualify pregnant women. Even with a .22. Even suppressed.
And, with other students there, God forbid, anyone should have an ND.
It is just not worth the risk.

Re: LTC Class Manuals?
We print, and ship, the LTC-16 for other instructors.
$4.00 each, plus shipping. They come in booklet form, stapled, just as you would get if you ordered from DPS.
PM me if you want some.

Re: Denial
It is not up to me to decide if a person does, or does not, get an LTC. That is way above my pay grade. My responsibility is to teach a good class, make sure my students grasp the majority of the content, and on some rare occasions, enlighten DPS that they might want to take an extra look at an appl...

Re: Failing a student?
Keith - I will never forget that 9mm ammo in the 45ACP! I still don't know how he managed to get them loaded in the magazine. As far as actually failing goes, we have had many students that had to shoot twice to pass. And a few who refused, so effectively they failed themselves. On the written test,...
