My car has a keyless ignition AND it won't let you lock the doors if the keys are anywhere in the car. I don't know how many times I have had to search through the car to try to find the key that fell under the seat or is hiding in my coat pocket or whatever. BUT, at least I have never been able to lock the keys in the car!
