Re: Bought a new Rossi 92 in .357/.38

I also have a couple of Rossi R92's. First acquired a NIB blued 20" in 44 mag in 2013 and the second is a 16" slightly used "safe queen" stainless .357 mag. Since the .44 was NIB, I didn't immediately "void the warranty" shooting re-loads. The .44 mag got at least 20 factory loads on the first outin...

Civil Immunity in Self Defense Cases

Where would I find documentation of cases that involve civil immunity in self defense, justified, shootings? I still have friends pushing the idea of one losing hundreds of thousands of dollars in civil suits of justified self defense uses of firearms. Most of them are educated on the issue by the l...

Is there anyway to change the thread titles from red? It's too hard on the eyes.

Re: Brass Cleaning

I'm still using my old "business" purchased small ultra-sonic cleaner from 1983 ... deprime, clean and let dry.
I don't care a bit about "shiny" - just clean, inside and out.

Yep, I'm stubborn

Re: What Did You Do In The Reloading Room This Week?

well, since the reloading sub-forum has been quiet for several weeks, I'll add again. My old 336 has been taken out of action for a couple of weeks while waiting to get a new firing pin. It's back so I finally got it back on the range to run some more cast bullets through the chrony. I've been on a ...

Re: What Did You Do In The Reloading Room This Week?

I've been on a mission the last few weeks working with cast/gas checked bullets (both rifle powders and pistol powders) for my old Marlin 336 30-30.
