That's called "failure to retain a decent lawyer" in the real world. Yep; an associate once put a cruiser up under a pickup when he was working for a nearby department. He claimed the driver he was behind did it on purpose. Without any further investigaiton, the sheriff pretty much told him to shut up and use his time off to gain an understanding of the term "safe following distance," while the department paid for the damage.Russell wrote:B.
