Re: What are the options if someone stole my garage door remote?

Definitely UNPLUG and lock as fast as you can if you haven't already. Use manually until it can be reprogrammed however that must happen.

Re: DFW North/NorthEast Quadrant Breakfast

Yeah, I think I'll be able to make it too. With the recent increase in Covid cases and the fresh governor's mask decree, do ya'll thin Rudy's will still let us eat inside? It looks to be a little warm this weekend. I've got some cool pictures from a recent trip I wanna show ya'll. SIA, I know you'l...

I’m wearing mine, got some really nice ones!
Does this make Hawaii a far right state?
Lots of Hawaiian shirts worn over there!
Yeah, but wouldn’t any shirt sold there be an Hawaiian shirt? :biggrinjester:

Whatever!

I moved away from those years ago towards plaids or solids since most people don’t pay that much attention anyway.

Re: New knife

A bunch of beautiful knives for sure. And like Strogg, it's not like I don't have a knife or two dozen. However, I'm warming up to the idea of a new work/field knife. I think I've narrowed it down to three. I also think I'd like the Micarta handle, chisel tip, and maybe the L-Key setup. Raw Panawal ...

Re: Torchy's removes Republican and Independent tacos from Menu

^I think your first mistake was taking the place for a Tex-Mex restaurant, which it is decidedly not. The "Tacos" in the name had me fooled. Chicken Tender, Fried Chicken and Jamaica Jerked meat 'tacos' should have been a clue. Maybe they'll add Chicken Cordon Bleu. I'd definitely go for the ...

Re: anything up with email notifications ?

I was getting so many notifications several years ago that I shut that feature off and just check the "notifications" link each time I login. I don't have as many now from this forum, but I still go through 20-50 emails a day total. Only about 2-5/day are kept for some period of time before getting ...

Re: My first Garand

Very nice cirus and everyone else. We gotta shut this thread down now or it's gonna cost me some serious $$. I have an M1 Garand, 1903 Springfield (A3 I think), and a #4 Mark 1 Enfield. There's a guy in Irving that is supposed to be able to get stocks for the 1903's. Not too much from what I hear. T...

Re: TX: Texas Rangers have a new Ballpark, I guess

There are some pretty funny ones there. I did like The Ballpark in Arlington. Great looking stadium in and out. Regarding one of the comments there about the Stros having a trash can and winning the WS, though: They cheated to get there and win. It’s not something I would brag about. Kinda like or m...

Re: FS: Arisaka Type 99 "Paratrooper" (Temple)

 WOW, that’s nice. I wish I could. I have three WWII era rifles. Two American and one Brit. That one would be great and I know where a nice K98 is, but he’s unwilling to sell it yet. I don’t have to $$$ to buy it yet either, but hopefully when he’s ready to sell I will.

Re: Shoulder Holster?

I would say that it is not. As Jusme pointed out, it is just a holster attached to a backpack shoulder strap. I heard what I just wrote. Now I don't know! :grumble
