Wow, I was raised in Palestine, but haven't lived there since 1951.

My grandson graduated from college this past Saturated. Hurrah!

You can take me out of the 80 block and place me in the 81 block. I'm lucky not to look anywhere close to my age and most of the time not feel it. When I was in my forties I could run an 880 faster than in highschool ot college. Exercise a lot guys and mow your own yard.

My doctor, who is an interest said : "You should make it well into your 90's." As for longevity, my dad died at 71, mother died at 76, older brother killed in car accident at 81 and sister at 76. You can have a lot of good longevity but there are things that can take you out early.

You guys worry about E V E R Y T H I N G . We have a credit card through State Farm and charge every purchase all month long. By doing so we get several hundred dollars off our State Farm bill every year. We pay the credit card off E A C H month and pay no interest. I don't like to carry large sums ...

Some of you guys worry about everything. You will never make it to my age if you keep this up. LOL

I know your daughter will enjoy her dad teaching her to shoot. I taught my daughter years ago and now she can out shoot me. Have a good time.

No Leon, most older people are not democrats.

Are all 40 year olds equal? Ask that for each age group. The answer will be no.
Exercise, eat right, good gens and a lot of don't do's will get you to my age.
