Re: How "Prepped" Are you?

I think I need enough to win my portion of the war. For a Texan, I have a fair start. For a Californian, I have an "ARSENAL" There's the answer! Get together with a handful of like-minded folks and head for California when the troubles come. Most of the folks there are disarmed. We'll rule the coun...

Re: Man attacks teens in San antonio over MAGA hat

The teens didnt press charges because a witness who wished to remain anonymous said they were saying racial slurs etc. Guy was wrong for what he did but these "teens" need better home training and respect, especially in the public place. According to PJ Media, this was attributed to "a local news s...

Re: Austin Off-Duty Security Guard Found Not Guilty After 1.5 Years

Going only from the info presented in the link: 1. I tend to think that since the jury needed only 15 minutes to decide that the prosecution case was awful weak. As in, it should not have been brought to court. Actually, the article said the jury deliberated three hours on Thursday, and then came b...

Re: Taxing Online Ammo Sales

I don't think it will work that way. The state where the product is shipped will be able to compel the out of state vendor to collect sales tax. I think this is correct. The buyer will be forced to pay sales tax in his or her local taxing jurisdiction. The seller will be required to collect it and ...

Re: AT&T Stadium for Non-Scholastic/Non-Professional Event

The legal technicalities regarding this issue are way beyond me, but I can imagine a scenario where off-duty police or private security prevent someone from entering the facility, and the city still maintains that they are not responsible. The police might also point out that the officers involved w...

Yeah, the price is too high for me but I remember one of the basic tenets of Marketing 101:
The market sets the price. The price is whatever a willing buyer and a willing seller agree upon.

der Teufel , Ever shoot any shoats or even smaller? If so, did you cook em whole or cut em up? Whoa, just found this. It would seem I've been pretty slack about keeping up with things. Of course, knee replacement surgery last Fall definitely put me in the slow lane for a few months, but … Anyway, I...

Re: H.R.38: National Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act

Not really, it takes 51 Republicans with the patriotism necessary to overcome Senate rules and decorum. Unfortunately that will never happen. They like their rules because it allows them to hide instead of doing the things their constituents want done. There are a lot of things I'd like to see cong...

Another option is a Driveway Alert. Harbor Freight sells some cheap ones that have a range of maybe 100 feet. How far away from the house is the car parked? It's a battery operated motion detector that sounds an alert on a companion device inside the house. I've used them for hog hunting sometimes w...

Re: Target Switzerland

Switzerland didn't lead to anywhere the Germans needed to go, and they didn't consider it worth the price. Also, the Swiss acted as bankers (money launderers) for the Nazi regime and the Germans didn't want to end that.
