Re: Walmart has fallen!

So I had nothing to do... okay I had things I was avoiding doing. So I thought I would go check out Walmart last night and see what the situation regards EBR ammo is.

Store #1 Houston Sage and 59. Plenty of EBR ammo. Probably 15 boxes of federal or Winchester 200 round bulk packs.

Store #2 Stafford. Same situation.

Store #3 Sugarland highway 90. Same lots of stock.

Store #4 Rosenberg. Looks like the mother load. Easily 60 different boxes of different brands 5.56 .223. Also had 6.5 ceeedmore, 300 AAC, 7.62, 7.62 x 54r. Also had boxes of .22lr 555 rounds for 19 bucks.

Couldn't help myself. I bought 5.56 and .22 lr. I will see if it's being replaced. Looks like either walmart was just virtusignaling or just didnt have the courage of their convictions... Either way Walmart is still dead to me but I will keep buying their ammo.

If Walmart believes what it is doing is right and that MSRs are causing mass death why continue to sell the stock that is left? Take the loss. Pull the product and dispose of it. Step up with the courage of your convictions. Pull the ammo from the shelves. Nope, this just exposes Walmart for the virtue signaling shills they are.

Walmart is dead to me.

:iagree:
incredibly ridiculous. Walmart is a private company and has the right to set whatever policies it sees fit. If you don't like it, don't shop there.

I am shocked at the blatant disregard for private property rights with regard to Walmart.
Nobody has said that walmart does not have the right to set these policies. Many (including the NRA) have stated their disagreement with these policies. Have you seen people posting asking for legislative action to punish or prohibit Walmart from instituting this policy? I personally have not. I've seen people complain about the policy change and state they are not planning to shop there. Which is exactly what you are saying to do. So I'm confused as to what you are upset about.
:iagree:
This.
Walmart can do whatever they want. The 2000 rounds of 223 I bought yesterday will be my last Walmart purchase.
Havent set foot in Target, HEB or Whatburger in a good long time either. But that's just me

Exactly. Just one more step closer to banning all carry. Normalize banning one, the other doesn't seem so hard to get rid of.
Exactly!

Who cares if they stop selling 223. I dont use it!
Who cares if they stop selling 9mm I dont yse it.
Who cares if they pass red flag laws. I am not married.
Who cares if they ban ARs. I don't have one.

Drip, drip, drip. Our rights are being eroded every day. But you dont use them so shoulder shrug.

Re: Walmart has fallen!

So define handgun ammunition... I have rifles that fire .45 acp and 9mm. I have pistols that fire .223 .300 and 45-70. This is just trying to please those who will never be pleased until they stop selling all guns, ammo, knives, hatchets, sharp sticks etc...no win scenario . They lost my business.

Re: Walmart has fallen!

Well this is sad. They are stocked up like crazy. They had 4 different brands of 223. I just bough 10 boxes of federal 55 gr 200 rounds for 57 bucks a box.

Now I have to go explain this purchase... to her...

Re: Walmart has fallen!

Buh bye Walmart. I spend about 400 bucks a month there. Groceries and misc. No more. And I'll get my relatives to stop as well.

Headed to Walmart to see if I can buy some ammo before the ban.
