23 year old arrested admitted to shooting the 2 adults and 2 children.

A man who was unrelated to the mom and two kids was also shot and wounded in the Northern Denver suburb.

The 23 year old left the scene and was stopped by the police well on his way to Colorado Springs.

No words. What makes people so evil?
