Re: In n Out Burger VS Whataburger

Actually, it’s not that I find Whataburger inedible......I will eat one if that’s what’s available. It’s just a matter of preference, and I prefer to eat an In ‘N Out burger. I’ve had great luck with them - never a screwed up order, always clean, cheerful, and professional. I'd eat there more often...

Re: In n Out Burger VS Whataburger

Anthony Bourdain pronounces In ‘N Out the best restaurant in Los Angeles California doesn't have any Whataburgers ;-) One of the few things California is doing right! TAKE IT BACK! :mad5 ...though I will admit that Whataburger has dropped sharply in quality over the last decade :grumble But t...

Or the Redi Catch, which allows you to use the actual magazine release to lock the bolt back: http://2ht1mik98ka4dogie28vqc4y.wpengine.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/boonie_red_catch001.jpg But not to release the bolt, if it works like I imagine. No, not to release. But I rarely use the ...

Re: BAD lever type gadgets:

I have a few of these. I'm completely against things like Serpa holsters that require a press with the trigger finger to release. I have my own experience with that and nothing will change my mind (no ND, but I was instantly converted on my thinking about it). The BAD lever, on the other hand, is de...

Re: In n Out Burger VS Whataburger

In-n-Out fries are horrible. Their burgers are somewhat acceptable but I've never craved one like I have WB.

I'll agree that Steak & Shake makes some good stuff though.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/04/26/oklahoma-house-passes-constitutional-carry-gun-bill.html I dunno.. I'm all PRO carry (obviously). But untrained, unlicensed folks walking around with a concealed firearm... Just don't know how I feel about that. Freedom doesn't apply only to trained, licen...

Re: Cons - Weapon Lights

I'm 100% pro light. I also carry a handheld. I've also done a LOT of night shooting, and prefer a weapon light. If I end up in a situation where I need to fire my weapon in a dark setting (and most violent crime by adults is committed in the evening/night hours), then I really, REALLY want a light o...

Re: My guns don't need to be pretty, they just need to work

I don't think anyone has ever accused most of my guns of being pretty. They start with painted ARs and go downhill from there :biggrinjester: I have one gun I'd call pretty, and that's a 1950s Browning takedown 22 that I inherited from my dad, who inherited it from his dad. Only two other guns have ...

Re: How's your shootin'

Quick trip to the range to zero the temporary optic on my new PDW a few weeks ago. This was at 50yds, while tired and hungry, in the rain, just resting the pistol on the mag, with a red dot... is that enough excuses? :biggrinjester: (hopefully these pics work) https://image.ibb.co/kiBb47/orca_image_...

Re: 560+ rds 7.62X54R Ammo (Non-corrosive) $160

Price lowered... man, nobody shoots Mosins or SVDs around here? ;-) I have a Mosin, and I could definitely use this ammo. But I'm in Houston and shipping ammo is a real PITA. I may be headed to Dallas for the NRA convention next month. If I go, then I will definitely take this off your hands then. ...
