Uh... unless I'm misunderstanding the question, that's how our LTCs work already :headscratch

Re: Run on Ammo

Apparently I'm pretty good at this ammo thing... I stocked up on several thousand rounds of .22LR 2 weeks before Sandy Hook, stocked up on ammo necessities in December, then ordered a case of defensive ammo just a few days ago before the panic started "rlol" If only my stock market investing was as ...

Re: Any pilots in here?

Since this thread started a friend of mine called me up, said let's go flying and I said sure. We got to Northwest Regional, he pulled out a 172, threw me into the left seat and made me do everything until we landed (and he asked if I wanted to land ) Talk about task saturation and getting th...

To me you were being as creepy as the guy you said was stalking. Walking up to total strangers telling them to look out for some other guy and then offering to "escort" them seems as weirdly suspicious as anything.
This right here. That comes off as really weird even if you meant well.

Re: Road report: 2013 Mazda CX-5, Skyactiv, 6 speed manual.

Well, this thread brings back old, fond memories. Could I trouble you for a measurement? I've been eyeballing new cars and the CX-5 is on my short list... FWIW, I ended up with an 09 RX350, which has been a great car... I'm about to head out of the country again, and my brother is buying it from me...

My libtard sister used to constantly re-post Babylon Bee stories when it was strictly religious satire... now that it's taken on politics, I haven't heard a peep from her :smilelol5:

Re: Been too long

About to head home from the middle east after a week of bumming around Dubai waiting for paperwork to clear, then heading back over here in a few weeks as an expat. If all of this works out I'm hoping for a soft retirement west of DFW in a few years

Welcome back!

Re: carl Carlson

Thanks to everyone for your prayers. I have had a lot of heart problems since 1998. Three heart attacks, 10 stents and a bypass. I am used to heart problems, but this was a new problem. Not blockages, but SVT. My heart rate would not go down early Saturday morning. It stayed around 180-225. I went ...

Re: Is my wife really right? Say it ain't so...please

I'd go with him at least a couple of times and see what type of people frequent the area, plus note how many major roads are in the vicinity etc. If it's in a quiet corner of the neighborhood and not "in town", I wouldn't have an issue letting a teenager go by himself as long as I've checked it out ...

Threatening to bomb Dubai if Trump responds.
I didn't hear this part. I'm supposed to be working there starting next month.

I was also supposed to be heading to Erbil next week, fortunately that got canceled. I'm dodging bullets left and right :???:

Okay... Now I have ask WHY.
Being the first is a big draw for some people. If you have the skill and capability, why not?

Wouldn't be my choice of dangerous activity, but considering some of the people I've shot with it's probably safer than a range trip without armor

I am just curious. Are any of you posting on this forum willing to take up arms against the government to keep the government from taking away your firearms?
Nice try FBI ;-)
