Re: Burnam Files HB 2807....

Reading the definition, I'd think he inherited the patent for the hi capacity revolver and wants a monopoly

Re: Burnam Files HB 2807....

Swearing under oath to uphold the Constitution, then attempting to undermine the Constitution, should be punishable for both Perjury and Treason IMHO

Re: Burnam Files HB 2807....

So, to sell my nephew, who returned from Afghanistan, (where he was a sniper) the rifle he wants, I get my wrench, remove the folding stock with pistol grip, remove the shroud, remove the magazine, and sell it to him, and then sell the parts separately and loan him my wrench and instructions to wait until he's 21 to re-assemble it or put the magazine in?

Re: Burnam Files HB 2807....

In appreciation of this fine bill, I'll pay for him a motel room over Spring Break in the beautiful gun-free zone city named Juarez if he wants to accept the offer.

Those a folding or telescoping stocks make the guns evil I think, of course a bayonet lug makes it almost demonic or something;
detachable magazines need to be eliminated, all of them should be welded to the gun, capacity of maybe 1, well ok, 2.

(iii) a shroud that is attached to or
partially or completely encircles the barrel and that permits the
shooter to hold the firearm with the non-trigger hand without being
burned;

So, guns that burn people are preferable?
