OOPS That's what I get for speedreading speed-listening ... I was griping about them discussing altering fish size limits in tournaments and Patrick mentioned "on campuses" with 905;
perhaps he said "This bill does not authorize us to carry on campuses"

students IN BARS will worry that a legislator might visit
a BAR on campus and go berserk
They won't be able to concentrate
Insurance policies will need to be re-written for legislators visiting
BARS on campus
Police will need costly retraining to memorize all legislators faces so they can tell the good guys from the bad ... wait ... Republicans from Democrats?
Persons involved in Collegiate Sports won't be able to concentrate ...
