It's unfortunate that PRODEFENSE went belly-up. They were good for mag pouches and holsters.
Cargo pants work pretty well if you're not trying to get your IDPA COF times below 10 seconds.

Nyeh. The brass comes and goes quickly (though you are on the beam with the closed-neck collared shirt). The fleas and ticks not so much.

- Paper and pen, or a cell phone that you can use to take audio notes.
- Camera, though I do not recommend taking photos of people without their permission. The range is not a public place in the legal sense.
- Solid shoes, not sandals or flip-flops. The grass is pretty thick and you don't necessarily want to become acquainted with the little critters that live in it.
