Im actually very good with working with clients, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and generally providing the best service I can to my clients. Unfortunately, as you point out (in a way), it _getting_ clients that I suck at. I appreciate your honesty though!

I have about 3 decades of project management experience, including multi-year careers at Microsoft and Dell. I’ve transitioned into real estate about 5 months ago(wanted a career I could scale up and down, depending on my needs). Unfortunately, even in such a hot seller’s market, I’m still working on finding clients, and people usually stop thinking about buying/selling a home during the holidays. If anybody needs a part-time project management mentor/worker bee, I’m available! (Yes, I fully understand that "part-time" and "project manager" rarely go together )
